CVR transcript is hard to read. A lot of misunderstanding of basic instrument information and well behind the airplane. Mishandled airspeed....from previous employers, sounds like the FO (Im guessing PF) was a very poor pilot and had no business in a cockpit.

I read the transcript yesterday and found it emotionally difficult to read knowing the outcome.

Poor discipline in the cockpit, confusion on responsibilities, and unfamiliarity with common procedures. Sad to say, but the result was almost inevitable.
