New study from UK, released last week, and with 32 MILLION participants showed that 6% of people who had Covid had some neurological side effects. This included those who had no symptoms while they were sick. The study was done by accessing patient medical records (yeah, socialized medicine has its upside). I sure do not want my pilot to have any brain damage or dysfunction. The vaccine reduces the risk of getting Covid, period. So if my pilot wants risk his/her health by not getting the vaccine, fine by me. But don't plan on getting in a company cockpit. Unpaid leave or a new job for them all.
