South African Airways returns to the skies
The African carrier has confirmed the first flights will begin on September 23. Tickets will go on sale on Thursday, 26 August 2021. “After months of diligent work, we are delighted that SAA is resuming service and we look forward to welcoming on board our loyal passengers and flying the South African flag. We continue to be a safe carrier and adhering to COVID-19 protocols,” Airline's interim CEO Thomas Kgokolo said. (www.airlinerwatch.com) 更多...Sort type: [Top] [Newest]
Corruption, fraud, and mismanagement led to them requiring a bailout to the tune of $591 million dollars which bankrupt them and their three subsidiary airlines, including a low-cost carrier named "Mango" (Sounds like a fun airline!)
I wonder how many loyal passengers they have left.
