You are not going to get the same dedication as you would expect from a computer specialist from the third world. You will receive extremely poor support given the trouble Boeing is in. You pay for crap and crap you shall receive. Boeing got into trouble by doing things on the cheap. This is exactly what Boeing received. Going through India was a mistake. There is no buy-in by the contracted employees so this is the end result of lousy programming.
