Hawaiian expands in San Diego with its new Airbus A321neo jets

Not many places to stop between San Diego and Kahului anyway.

I can't understand why Hawaiian doesn't start non-stop service between Las Vegas and Kahului.

Marcia...Most likely reason is not enough passengers going to Maui to the ratio flying to Honolulu from Mainland. This has to be the reason. Other is that Hawaiian makes more money doing it this way!
