I suspect its one of those unmanned drones. Seems much higher than in reality, due to small size.
Do unmanned drones fly in formation? Never heard of that before, which doesn't mean it couldn't happen, but seems unlikely.
Pretty sure it was Amazon drones delivering purchases.
