Not much news here they try it every once in a while when someone needs some money and squeeze it out of those who think they need to be in on something big. It will happen again in about ten or twenty years always does and always will. No great story here just another bunch of suckers.
What do the "perpetrators" (or whatever) stand to gain? I never thought of it from that angle...so I'm really on the outside of that view. Help me understand.
There is no real way to find them as there is no real proof as to where they really were when they sent the radio signal. If it was easy to find an aircraft all those still lost in the USA would have been found by now. Its a very small needle in a big hay stack out there. Those who have tried to find her has gone into those who just want there name in print along with ever what money they can raise by doing it. Look back at all those who tried to find her over the last fifty years.
True true... and I guess the same can be said for the search for Michael Rockefeller.
It would, however, be awesome if they did find her plane....or her remains....to put some pieces of the puzzle back together. I'm just glad I'm not paying for the search.

Give it up as like I said and check into it there is just another scam by someone wanting a free ride or there name in print no free lunch here.
