Qazaq Air, Kazakhstan’s state-owned regional airline, enjoyed a 16 per cent year-over-year improvement in passenger numbers in the first half of 2019, when some 170,000 people were carried on the airline’s network of 13 domestic scheduled flights and three international routes.
