Not really what happened it didnt know about the cold soak test but the other outfit that was doing mods was informed about it. So there was more hype in this headline and story than took place. So no matter how this story was spun it had little to do with the FAA and Boeing more to do with a test that normaly was not needed except for it to operate up north.
