And this week's prize for "stating the obvious" goes to...

Does Trump not think that Boeing is doing all it can to get the MAX back into the air? Does he think they're waiting for someone like, say, oh the President of the US to say "C'mon guys, get this thing fixed"?

Have to agree with some other thought, trying to 'move fast' does not seems like the call. Boeing needs to get it right like they should have the first time.

Now the slow down is being caused by outside sources probably Airbus knowing how the EU works to protect things.

I don’t think political pressure to speed up the process is helpful in regaining trust.

What he means is "Where is my check?"

among the many things donald overlooks is process and authority, and boeing is in charge here. Take a few extra moments, days, weeks to give us confidence that the max is safe, or safer than it was. Donald will be on to new thoughts by tha time, and can be safely ignored once again. He knows more than any of the engineers, he has the best engineers, so he can blather with impunity.

Decades of sloppy work and bamboozling the FAA, and this is all going to be solved "fast"?? I guess DeTurd is an expert on aviation and engineering, too... maybe he can write a new program for the one that crashed the two 737-MAX.

Arsehole.
