Lost his license and facing 2-8 years in jail. Wonder if he feels it was worth it...
i know.. get your license taken away and probably going to jail?! All for a prank.. which probably only himself got the humour out of it.. could of been fatal

How did the actual active ATC not notice?
He told the pilot to disregard the previous order and sent the police to look for and arrest the individual.
