In a mesmerizing new video released by NASA, the full reentry of the Orion test space vehicle is chronicled — and it’s a phenomenal 10-minute ride from fiery reentry to sudden splashdown into the Pacific Ocean, all put to dreamy space music. I wonder whether there is any concern among the team about the ability of the chutes to move enough to collide with each other.

Seems like NASA hasn't progressed in the 50 year interim since the Mercury program with regard to launch and recovery procedures. Still riding a vertically launched rocket the expended pieces of which become space junk and then parachuting the space capsule into the ocean for pickup by ships during the recovery phase.

If the stupid fuzzy video on both sides of the main one drives you nuts (I think it makes this clip unwatchable), please tweet NASA. A version without would be far better.
