W.R.T ATAC providing an air order of battle training environment to such entities as the Marine Corps Mountain warfare Training Center located on the east side of the Sierras, Central California: The DoD now buys this service whereas a number of years ago this training environment was provided by (in this case) the Nevada Air National Guard (NevANG). The training sword, as it were, was double-edged. The Marines and the NevANG pilots/ Tac reconnaissance personnel, and other groups were all involved and became very proficient in their rolls. Now, DoD throws $$$ at the requirement and the armed services comes up a whole lot more short on training. Stupid! But, ATAC makes out like a bandit ... no pun!
