A true fantasy made possible by nature and technology.
Lordy that looks like fun, inspires me to get going on the design for a lake/littoral (air)craft that never leaves ground effect, limited to non-rough water conditions, electrically driven droopy hydrofoil wingtips and lidar warning system. Will need to investigate ADS-B requirements if it only leaves the surface for short hops.
