Remember seeing these fly out of CGAS Salem, MA in the 1950s and 60s and doing touch-and-gos at nearby BVY.
Good old bird..
I used to see the USAF Albatrosses at Eglin AFB in the Late 1960's. They used to taxi across the road and we could see them from our school bus. They were parked next to the Climatic Hangar.
