Being reassigned to the newest aircraft carrier in the USN's fleet, USS Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78) .... Carrier Air Wing Eight (CVW 8), NAS Oceana.
This aircraft is the VFA 97 CAG bird, but because the Warhawks are being reassigned from the USS George H. W. Bush to the USS Gerald R. Ford (see Comment below), new titles have not yet been added.

USS Gerald R. Ford will begin its first-ever deployment within the next 21 months.
The daytime sky had been clear and blue, but as the wind shifted during the afternoon, smoke from the "Numbers" wildfire burning southeast of NAS Fallon blew into the area and, as can be seen in the background, obscured the distant mountains. However, as the afternoon progressed, the winds continued to shift and by late afternoon the sky over NFL and to the east of the base was again clear, although thick smoke to the south blocked out every bit of background in that direction.
