Sorry, but this is a KC-135. Please note refueling boom extending from back of aircraft.
Looks to be Arizona Air National Guard bird based out of Sky Harbor in Pheonix.

Alan, Yes, I know it is a KC-135R, but I cannot find that designation in flightaware.
K35R is the designation you want. It helps if you watch military flight tracks frequently lol. Great shot though.
