Gear up that fast...that's a gamble. Maybe on his way to Vegas.

Probably holding it down and gaining speed for a steep pull up near the end of the runway.

Previous posters must be locals. I can’t tell how far he is from the end of the runway. Regardless, looks like he established a positive rate to me… Gear up/yaw damper on…. Flaps to go.

Once you’re flying, might as well raise the gear if there’s not enough runway in front of you to land and stop.
