The photo title is wrong. This is a Partanevia Observer. Nothing to do with Piper. Where did that misinformation come from?

List this one as "P68" in the "aircraft" entry window. It's a VULCANAIR Observer to FlightAware. The FAA registry shows it as a PARTENAVIA P68-TC OBSERVER, registered to the U.S. Department of the Interior.
