Air brakes in the tail ??
It's a Water Bomber for fire fighting, hence the fat belly. And that is an air brake on the tail.
I love those speedbrakes in the tail !!
It has proven well for hauling retardant. Quick load and returns, and the loaders don't get so blasted out during loading.
@Al Miller Correct; the tail "splits" along the vertical plane.
looks like it has a goiter
