Canadair CL-41 Tutor (I-DPCD)

Nothing like a CL-41 Tutor (a small jet trainer used by the Royal Canadian Air Force). It's either a CL-215T (turbo conversion of CL-215 water bomber) or a CL-415 (built new as a turboprop - can't tell which from this rather fuzzy photo.

and just for clarification:
Both planes definitively are not CL-41Tutor ;
The closer one is CL-415 Bombardier Super Scooper ,the leading one (witch is little blurry )
could be CL-215T or even CL-215 with P&W
R2800 engines (big black aerie at rear part of
engine nacelle looks similar as on piston version)
And also winglets couldn’t be seen …
