Boeing to develop spyplane that would stay aloft for 5 years

One would have to assume that if it is going to stay aloft for 5 years - it WOULD most certainly be UNMANNED.
I think they should work out they're 787 problems before they start anything else huh?
This will be done by Boeing Defense, Space & Security. BCA deals with the 787...
