It's not a "G-111" which is a long-wing, civilian Transport category certified variant of the Albatross. This particular aircraft is registered as an HU-16A, but it is really an HU-16C. The only difference being that the A is a former USAF short-wing variant and the C is the comparable US Navy short-wing variant.
