Airbus A320 (N232NV) - Allegiant 8063 arrives at DSM from Charlotte on a military charter is taking off of runway 13/31 as the Delta Taxiway is undergoing resurfacing. This A320 and another Allegiant A320 were coming in with an Iowa National Guard charter after the guard's two weeks training in North Carolina. The BabyBus is turning onto Delta 4 and taxiing into ANG West ramp.
