Funny, it says F-35 on the tale. Is that to confuse the enemy or did the US get over on the Danes (yes..we sold you the "new" version of the F-35...).
Chris - I don't think there's any "funny business" going on here... what you are seeing on the tail simply indicates this Danish F-16 to be in use as part of the F-35 Test Support program... i.e. - a chase or observer aircraft!
